Risk Management

Risk management is a strategy that allows ComServ, Inc. to focus on the actions it can take to prevent accidents from happening and to diminish the potential of future losses. ComServ’s risk mitigation strategy includes both physical precautions and administrative procedures that we take to reduce or eliminate our exposure to risks. ComServ has in place a Risk Management Plan to help us identify, assess, monitor and manage risk in our organization. Over site of the Plan is the responsibility of the Risk Management Committee.  The committee membership includes representation from each of the following areas: Human Resources, Finance, Properties, Special Projects, Quality Assurance & Improvement, and Clinical Service.  The Risk Management Plan is subject to frequent and ongoing review.
